About the game
Everyone shows up to the haunted café in costume, but one or two players are secretly Ghouls. Trick-or-treaters walk around the Kitchen, Pantry, Patio, Basement and more, doing quick chores like brewing cocoa, raking leaves and sweeping cobwebs. The Ghouls fake their chores, spook anyone they catch alone, and cut the lights. Find a dropped candy bucket or ring the café bell to call a meeting, then talk it over and vote someone out. Play online on Graveyard Shift, Pumpkin Patio or Midnight Menu, or solo against bots that do chores, report buckets and accuse what they saw.
How to play
- Your role shows at the top: trick-or-treater or Ghoul. Ghouls also see who the other Ghouls are.
- Trick-or-treaters: walk to the glowing stations and finish your chores. When the chore bar fills up, you win.
- Ghouls: spook trick-or-treaters when nobody's watching, and cut the lights to make it harder to see. Win by matching the trick-or-treaters in number.
- Find a dropped candy bucket? Report it. Suspicious? Ring the café bell at the Front Counter (once per game). Chat, then vote someone out or skip.
- Spooked players become ghosts. Ghosts can't talk or vote, but they can still finish their chores.
